1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply
to school transportation services, non emergency medical transportation, and other passenger
services provided within Massachusetts.
2. School Transportation Services
WCMD Transportation provides structured and scheduled transportation services for students.
Services may include daily pickup and drop off based on agreed routes and schedules.We may collect the following types of information:
Service agreements may be established directly with school districts, organizations, or
authorized parties.
3. Safety Expectations
Safety is a shared responsibility. The following guidelines apply:
- Students must follow driver instructions
- Students must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion
- Respectful behavior is required at all times
- Parents or guardians must ensure students are ready at scheduled pickup times
Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in service review.
4. Scheduling and Changes
Transportation schedules are established in advance. Any requested changes must be
communicated as early as possible.
WCMD Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, road conditions,
traffic incidents, or emergencies beyond our control.
5. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
Parents or guardians agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and contact information
- Inform us of any changes in student transportation needs
- Ensure a responsible party is available at designated drop off times when required
6. Liability Limitations
WCMD Transportation operates in compliance with Massachusetts transportation laws and
maintains required insurance coverage.
While we prioritize safety, we are not responsible for circumstances outside of our reasonable
control, including but not limited to traffic delays, road closures, or emergencies.
7. Compliance With Regulations
WCMD Transportation follows applicable Massachusetts transportation regulations, including
vehicle safety standards, driver qualifications, and insurance requirements
8. Termination of Service
Service may be suspended or terminated in cases of
- Repeated unsafe behavior
- Violation of agreed terms
- Non compliance with safety guidelines
Any termination will follow review and communication procedures when applicable.
9. Website Use
All website content is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or
misuse of content is prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated as needed. Continued use of services indicates
